We are currently looking for an
Strategic marketing planner

You perfectly tune our campaigns and programmes to the target audiences. You work for clients such as Fnac, Unilever and Vaillant


What’s the job about?


You lay out the foundations for success
  • You actively gather knowledge about the audience, the brand perception and the most important trends on the market in which your client’s brand operates.
  • You put this knowledge to good use when drawing out marketing tactics. Which will enable us to spread the right message at exactly the right time in the customer lifecycle.
  • You translate your insights into creative briefs and stimulate our creative teams to deliver the best ideas possible.

You guard the quality
  • You play an active role as internal client and are a fully fledged sparring partner for all parties involved.
  • You always take it from the audience’s or the brand’s point of view. You make sure all actions taken correspond with the chosen strategy.
  • You keep your colleagues in touch with the strategy, all along the project trajectory – from start-up to finish.

You strive for maximum effectiveness
  • In cooperation with our marketing analysts and our head of planning you analyse the results of our campaigns and formulate recommendations to optimize them.
  • Pursuing, delivering and proving maximum Return On Marketing Investments is the mainspring of your daily job.

You are keen on maintaining the marketing-driven relationship with our clients
  • Together with your account manager you present them annual strategies, new campaigns and periodical reviews.  You focus on obtaining the necessary buy-in to deploy our approach.
  • You scan your clients’ markets and sectors continuously and share insights and opportunities with them on a regular basis.

  • You love to add structure to complex matter and to strip it down to its essence.
  • You listen, you read, you investigate and you analyse
  • You have an outspoken assertive nature, but can be diplomatic when needed.
  • You inspire people and bring out the best in them.
  • You possess a healthy dose of common sense and never hesitate to cut the necessary knots.
  • You write and speak clearly and convincingly.
  • You are passionate about the job, follow new developments closely and love to share your experience and insights with your peers.
  • You have at least 3 years working experience in strategic planning and interactive marketing.
  • You write and speak Dutch and English fluentely. Would be nice if you also speak French.
